DG Group is an engineering conglomerate group of companies in the area of minerals mining and dimensional stone quarrying.
DG Group is head quartered at Bhopal along with international marketing office at Xiamen, China and 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary corporate office at Hong Kong.
The Group of companies has been awarded 22 quarries of granites and sand stones with area of 135 hectare of granites and stand stone quarries in Madhya Pradesh.
- All the granites quarries of the Company are distributed among 6 companies.
- It is the only Company in Madhya Pradesh (Central India) that owns 135 hectare of Granites Quarry area with Granites in Bolder & sheet Form.
The flagship quarries of the group are located near the Khajuraho, Chhatarpur district, Tikamgarh district and Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh.
All the quarries have heavy deposits of red granites, which is very popular in South East Asian markets like China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.
Product ranges includes Granites in different colours such as Ruby red, Grey White, Prime Pearls White, Flag Stones with Black and White colour and textures.
We will also be establishing its own state of art granite cutting & polishing unit for processing its granite into slabs at Chhatarpur near Quarry area.

100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary at Hong KongÂ
DG Global (HK) Limited : DG Global (HK) Limited is 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Dileep Infrastructure (P) Limited. The subsidiary company has been floated strategically to market our stones directly to China and other South Asian Countries. We will enter into long-term supply agreement with buyers through DG Global HK Limited.
Our Corporate Core Competence and StrengthÂ
Team: We have a team of professionals who are expert in their subject matter. We have capability to take any big project to deliver with ethics. We have overseas staff as at China and Hong Kong, who has expertise to that market.
Geologist: We have two in house team of geologist who are working full time basis to take care mining development in line with complying norms set by state government and local bodies.
Financial for Investment: We have very strong and sound financial back as a corporate house. We have full financial capability to invest upto INR 100 crores in quarry and stone processing facilities in phase wise.
Marketing & Sale: Proactively, we have floated a 100% wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) at Hong Kong as per RBI guideline to market our granites at International Market at very competitive price to retain more profit with improved margins. We have staff at China for selling the stones.

Management & Team
Dileep Gupta Chairman & CEO
Dileep Gupta has over 2 decades of professional experience in various trade from manufacturing to consulting and now mining.
After he completed his Textile Engineering from Kanpur (U.P.), first recruited in 1996 at Chhindwara (M.P) in Raymond limited and then with his continuous effort he also joined Mysore group and Bhilwara group. Then he got married in the year 2000, and with drastic changes he joined Bhaskar textile group, but his creative vision was different for better future life, so he got the incredible support & approach from his wife and resigned Bhaskar textile in year 2003.
Then he moved to LIC & become a Financial consultant on 13 March 2003 (with an old scooter and small office to start his career as LIC agent) so he did a tremendous roll in the company. He also focused on his entire LIC & Financial consultancy for their future needs and required maximum family securities to the peoples & satisfied them.
Within two years of a period with the huge support of wife & family, he completed his first MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) in 2005 December, in that time his performance was excellent his LIC career and he attended international delegation, meeting and seminars. He is regular at attending MDP programs by IIM-A, IIM-B & ISB-Hyderabad.
